NEED an Idea for a Quick Workout? Check out this one that I have been teaching in my fitness classes! Each exercise is 45 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds- Repeat 2-4x for a great strength and cardio burner! Enjoy!

  1. Jumping Jacks

  2. High Knees

  3. Prison Squats

  4. Plank

  5. Single Leg Lowers on your Back

  6. Later Lunges- Alternation

  7. Reverse Lunges

  8. Push Ups (On Knee if you need to!)

  9. Squat Hold with Alt. Punches (Add A dumbbell if you want!)

  10. Side Shuffle- Lateral Movement
