I am a ski jumper.

Although the sport of ski jumping is very popular in Europe, there are very few ski jumpers in the United States.

I began ski jumping in Park City, Utah, as a result of chasing after my brother and the legacy that Utah created from the Olympic Winter Games in 2002.

I do not remember much of my first jumps specifically, but I do remember the season of 2002 and learning to jump with amazing people around me.

The technical aspects, the challenges, the flying, and the concentration that goes into ski jumping are all components I love about this sport.

I always wanted to go bigger and I always put my head down to work harder. Ski jumping has been my passion for a very long time!
